Reviews and Ratings
I had a delightful experience at the hotel, with impeccable service and a beautiful room that surpassed my expectations. The dining options were outstanding and made for a memorable evening. However, I struggled with traffic noise when outside and felt the parking situation could be improved. Overall, it was a fantastic getaway that I'd recommend to others.
I had a wonderful stay at Nightjar's Rest, where the staff went beyond expectations to accommodate my husband's mobility needs. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, providing a delightful atmosphere throughout our visit, although the dining experience at Brocco on the Park left much to be desired due to high prices and small portions. Overall, I found great value for the stay, especially considering the attention to detail in the amenities.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were beautifully decorated, spacious, and came with thoughtful touches like homemade cake, but the breakfast service left much to be desired, especially after a serious gluten mishap. The overall atmosphere was lovely, but the restaurant staff could be more welcoming, and noise from the street was an issue during my stay.
This hotel is a delightful choice, especially for family gatherings or special occasions. The thoughtful details in the rooms and the excellent breakfast menu stand out, but be prepared for some traffic noise if you're in the front rooms. Overall, the experience can be very enjoyable, though dining service may sometimes fall short during busy periods.
My recent stay at Brocco on the Park was quite disappointing. While the staff did their best under challenging circumstances, the lack of hot water and noticeable decline in management presence was concerning. The gem that this hotel used to be seems to be fading, and it's sad to see. I hope they can regain their former glory soon, as I would love to return and enjoy it as I once did.
